Completed vocational training or studies
At least. 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or equivalent in a line HR function
Analytical thinking skills, leadership style and strong team orientation
Very good presentation and communication skills and the ability to make contacts quickly
Very good comprehension skills and the ability to familiarize yourself with new topics quickly and in a structured manner
You are comfortable in environments of constantly changing requirements and strive for top results in fast iterative steps
High motivation and quality requirements as well as a forward-looking approach to work, ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
You have in-depth knowledge and experience in HR process optimization, process or organizational design, HR-IT strategy or digital HR transformation
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum/DevOps, Analytics, Data Platforms, Data Science, Data Strategies, Data Visualization, Statistical Models, Simulation or Artificial Intelligence.
You are familiar with current trends and developments in the HR environment, HR technologies and digitalization
Ideally, knowledge of SPSS, R, Tableau, MS Power BI, and other visualization and statistical tools.
Willingness to continuously educate yourself and keep your knowledge up-to-date
Very good knowledge of German and English
Willingness to travel in order to also be able to advise our customers on site
