Your contribution
As Manager People Analytics & Technology (f/m/d) you develop concepts and solutions and analyze and evaluate data volumes. In doing so, you’ll help our clients make the best decisions for their business.
Develop innovative service offerings and solutions, actively acquire new customer projects and actively shape the expansion of our fast-growing team around people analytics, HR tech and digitalization in HR
Elicit and analyze business and technical requirements which you then translate into structured concepts and solutions
Create, analyze, and interpret a database from structured and unstructured data sets from various data sources
You coach younger colleagues and are a role model and leader – both internally and externally
Independently execute projects in which we advise our clients on key strategic or operational tasks to drive their analytics projects and digitalization and increase the value proposition of HR
With the help of data mining, predictive analytics and machine learning methods, you identify patterns and use them to create forecasts for the future
Design and conduct client meetings, workshops or expert panels including client-focused presentations
Work closely with the business department and IT and push their coordination

Your profile
You have in-depth knowledge and experience in HR process optimization, process or organizational design, HR-IT strategy or digital HR transformation
At least. 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or equivalent in a line HR function
Analytical thinking skills, leadership style and strong team orientation
Very good presentation and communication skills and the ability to make contacts quickly
Very good comprehension skills and the ability to familiarize yourself with new topics quickly and in a structured manner
You are comfortable in environments of constantly changing requirements and strive for top results in fast iterative steps
Very good knowledge of German and English
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum/DevOps, Analytics, Data Platforms, Data Science, Data Strategies, Data Visualization, Statistical Models, Simulation or Artificial Intelligence.
Completed vocational training or studies
You are familiar with current trends and developments in the HR environment, HR technologies and digitalization
Ideally, knowledge of SPSS, R, Tableau, MS Power BI, and other visualization and statistical tools.
Willingness to continuously educate yourself and keep your knowledge up-to-date
Willingness to travel in order to also be able to advise our customers on site
High motivation and quality requirements as well as a forward-looking approach to work, ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
