Knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics and programming are the new alphabet. In the future, anyone who does not know their way around will be considered illiterate. These skills are still underrepresented in HR in particular. Since “Data Driven Thinking” is initially about mindset and awareness, employees must be given appropriate impetus and development opportunities. Therefore, we offer lectures and workshops in simple language that “everyone” can understand and that are fun. In an interactive format (online or face-to-face – both possible), issues are discussed and knowledge structures are created among participating managers and employees.
