The DigiHR Conference takes place at a time when the very concept of work is being reshaped. A year ago, few employees could at the sound of the word “WORK” not imagine their desk, next to their colleagues’ desks, unexpected meetings and breaks for discussion. In the past year and a half, all of the above stopped being a given. The question that remains to be answered is whether the pandemic created a temporary disruption or a chronic situation.
